Return and Exchange Requests: Please submit your return or exchange requests HERE. You will need your six-digit order number and the email address used to place the order. Please note that if you placed your order via Facebook or Instagram, you will need to email us at to retrieve your six-digit order number. 


Store Credit: Please note that store credit or an exchange are the only options for returns. Refunds are not available. Store credits are issued in the form of a Lilly's Kloset gift card. The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order number of the returned item. Store credit is only issued after your return is received and processed. 


Return Details: 

  • You have 21 days from the date your order ships to return an item(s). International orders have 30 days from the day the order ships to initiate a return.
  • Please include your invoice or order number when packing your return. 
  • Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of delivery to our facility.


Exchange Details:

  • You have 21 days from the date the order ships to initiate an exchange request. 
  • Exchanges are unavailable for international orders. 
  • Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of exchange order initiation. 
  • Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied to exchanges. 
  • Items with low or no stock may appear on the website but will not be available for exchange in our return portal. 
  • In our Return Portal, the "Shop Now with Credit" option is the same thing as an exchange. 
  • Instant exchanges require credit card information and will result in the desired item being shipped before the returned item is received. Regular exchanges do not require credit card information and will result in the desired item being shipped after the returned item is received. 


Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It should also be returned in protective packaging to minimize any potential damage during handling. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, without any tape or stickers on it.


How to Package Returns: All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or labels on the shoe box. 


Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


Defective or Worn Items: If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email at with an image of the damaged item along with your order number. If you return an item that we were not notified arrived damaged, and we find any defects on returned merchandise or signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, and handbags
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Lifestyle products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built-in undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Shipping fees
